Every owner gets a dedicated point of contact. Calls and emails returned within 24 hours — or your next month's management fee is on us. Monthly statements, real-time portal access, and proactive updates on anything that affects your investment.

Leasing Guarantee

Your unit won't sit vacant on our watch.

We guarantee your property will be listed, marketed, and shown within 48 hours of being make-ready. If we don't place a qualified tenant within 30 days of listing, we waive the first month's management fee.

Happiness Guarantee

If you're not happy, you can walk.

No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. If at any point you feel our service isn't meeting your expectations, you can end the management agreement with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.

Eviction Protection

If a tenant we placed needs to be evicted, we cover the cost.

We stand behind our screening process. If a tenant we placed requires eviction within the first 12 months of their lease, DK Living covers the legal filing fees and coordinates the entire process at no additional charge.
