Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. For showing bookings, you will receive up to 4 messages per booking. Tenants may receive up to 3 rent reminder messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS communications.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us at leasing@dkliving.co to opt out.
